These terms apply to your use of moribot, including moribot.net and the moribot panel. By creating an account or connecting Instagram you agree to them.
1. The service
moribot connects to your Instagram professional account. It sends the replies you write when a direct message or comment contains your keywords, and gives your team an inbox to read and answer conversations and manage comments on your recent posts.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you register. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Connected accounts
You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You must follow the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Terms of Use and Instagram's Community Guidelines. You can disconnect at any time from the panel or from Instagram's own settings.
4. Acceptable use
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages outside the reply windows Instagram allows.
- No illegal, misleading, hateful or adult content, and no sale of goods Instagram prohibits.
- No attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or Instagram's policies.
5. Automated replies
Rules send the exact text you write. You are responsible for the content of your rules and replies, and for the products, prices and promises you offer to your customers.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of your conversations and rules. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
7. Fees
moribot is free to use today. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and ask for your agreement before you are charged.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep moribot running at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Meta may change or limit its APIs, which can affect the service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending the service
You can stop using moribot and delete your account at any time from Settings in the panel. We may end or suspend the service if you break these terms. After your account is deleted we delete your data as described in our data deletion instructions.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in advance by email. Continuing to use moribot means you accept the new terms.
